Through interactive computers, you can learn how the experts handle various dangerous situations and see over 200 years of firefighting history on display, including the oldest surviving fire engine in Cincinnati. Although you may experience sliding down a fire pole first hand, no fire pole races are planned. Instead, the real competition will be a chili taste-off, featuring unique versions from selected neighborhood chili parlors.
